Residents must pay a pet security deposit of $250 and/or a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250, provide a veterinary notice that the pet has been vaccinated, and obtain and maintain a valid license according to city ordinances. Note: BHMC will allow the resident to keep a “companion animal” or “service animal” needed as a reasonable accommodation for the resident’s disability with proper documentation and approval. The companion animal must not be on the property until property approval is received from management. Management will also allow animals to accompany visitors with disabilities who need such animals as an accommodation to their disabilities.
